For one property: three selected photos refreshed where needed, three separate motion clips of about five seconds each, and three short caption drafts. One agreed format, no audio, visual checks and one round of minor edits within the agreed brief. This is a one-time project, not a subscription. A combined film, music and additional formats are not included.
What is included in the free sample?
One photo turned into one approximately 5-second MP4 clip, in one agreed format, without audio. One output per business, subject to suitability and availability. The sample is not the full three-photo Starter.
Do I need to pay or place an order?
No payment details or purchase are required for the sample. Your free sample stays free. If you choose the Starter afterwards, it covers three additional photos and their clips, with the scope confirmed before starting.
What photo can I send?
Clear property photos that you are authorized to share for editing and motion creation. We confirm suitability, permissions, processing methods and the selected photos before production. Please do not send account logins.
Will the video exactly match my property?
I review the clips against your photos and reject visible distortions. Motion created from a still photo has limitations; this is not on-site footage or a verified 3D tour. The villa film is a fictional concept, not a real property or client project. The dining-room study includes creative changes to framing and lighting; see its project notes.
When will I receive it?
I confirm a delivery date after reviewing the photos, scope and availability, before starting. There is no fixed turnaround promise until we agree on your project.
What revisions are included?
One round of minor edits within the agreed brief, such as trimming, caption wording or an agreed layout adjustment. New photos, new directions, extra formats or longer clips are scoped separately. Visible production defects are addressed against the agreed brief; this is not an unlimited-regeneration offer.
Which formats can we discuss?
We can discuss landscape, vertical or square output for your intended channel. The Starter includes one agreed format for all three clips. Any crop or layout is agreed before production; extra versions are scoped separately.
Can I use the sample, and will you publish it?
We agree on your intended use and any applicable licensing limits before production. Publishing your sample, business name or logo requires separate permission. Feedback is optional and never has to be positive.
Can I go straight to the $49 Starter?
Yes. You do not need to request a free sample first. We confirm your photos, scope, format, delivery date and payment arrangements before work begins. The request button opens an email draft, not a checkout.
